3rd Region Hoops — The landscape of High School Basketball has never seen more movement than it does in this era of play. With the AAU circuit dictating much of high school athletics, & the College Level seeing insanely high amounts of transfers, one would be foolish to not think it has trickled down to the high school ranks. The 3rd Region is of course, not exempt from that.
