Kentucky High School Shot Clock

The KHSAA sent out a survey to schools for discussion on implementing a shot clock. The poll stated, “Schools should indicate their determination as to whether or not the Board of Control should consider
the adoption of the 35-second shot clock for the 2025-26 school year.”

The pros argued for a shot clock stating it “would be a better game to watch for fans and a better pace of play.” The majority of those arguing against a High School Shot Clock stress concerns of cost of installment, etc. Boys and Girls 3rd Region Results:
